What can I do with the free plan?

The free plan lets you explore the dashboard, create one event, and see how everything works. You can upgrade to Starry Night anytime to unlock uploads, downloads, and all premium features.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

After cancellation, you have 30 days to reactivate or download all your photos. During this period, your account is blocked (no viewing, uploading, or downloading). After 30 days, your photos are permanently deleted.

Do my guests need accounts?

Nope! Guests just need the link and PIN. No signup, no app download, no hassle.

What if I go over 75GB?

75GB holds 7-50 events worth of high-res photos. Most customers never come close. If you need more, you can purchase credit packs which include bonus storage (+5GB to +25GB depending on the pack).
